Conferment of Decoration of the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Silver Rays to Mr. Ali Hussein Ali Jawad

On 4th December, Ambassador Matsumoto conferred upon Mr. Ali Hussein Ali Jawad, a local staff of the Embassy of Japan, the decoration of the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Silver Rays at a ceremony held at the Embassy of Japan as part of the 2023 Autumn Conferment of Decoration on Foreign Nationals. Mr. Ali Hussein had been working for the Embassy of Japan in Iraq since 2003 and contributing to the activities of the Embassy.
At the ceremony, Ambassador Matsumoto delivered a congratulatory address before conferring the patent of decoration and the decoration to Mr. Ali Hussein, which was followed by Mr. Ali Hussein's acceptance speech.
